COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 845H-SJDZ24CNY2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea-Brown-Boveri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the 970680109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCR11 manufactured by Asea-Brown-Boveri and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea-Brown-Boveri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC8401B204M by Manufacturer Asco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BDG6360305050065 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Badley such as 802PRLACH2 equipment made by Allen-Badley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Badley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Badley" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BNS813X640B02L1261A2202 made by Balluff as well as the popular BESIKVS4025PS1Y original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLE18MRBA1LTS4C by Balluff and 802PRLACH2 spares by Allen-Badley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
